A group of children find themselves in a world of alternate reality. Over 70 four- and five-star reviews for this Sci-Fi novel. Download it free today!

"Bertauski has painted a very interesting picture. All kinds of comparisons floated through my mind as I read this story: Neverland, Pleasure Island, The Matrix, that island from "Lord of the Flies"... However, Foreverland does have a flavor of its own. I enjoyed Danny's journey and although the beginning of the book was disorienting, I like the direction it took. I wasn't prepared for the way the plot was structured, but I think that's why I liked it. Once I had my bearings, I raced through most of the book. To me, it was quite obvious that something hinky was going on as soon as it became apparent that Danny wasn't the only guy with a hole in his forehead and a suspicious lump in his back. Things pulled together wonderfully. I was glad that while I guessed right, it was more complicated than I thought, and the results of the actions taken in the book made for an interesting and satisfying conclusion." -- The Kindle Book Review

A Stranger's Touch (Passionate Strangers), by Roxy Boroughs. (Still free?)

This highly-rated romantic mystery/thriller is free today!

"A Stranger's Touch, by debut author Roxy Boroughs, is an emotionally-gripping, fast-paced story that had me on the edge of my seat from the first page. I love Boroughs' wit, her compelling voice, and how effortlessly she weaves intrigue and romantic elements together. A Stranger's Touch is a must read, a story that will not only leave you breathless with anticipation, but remind you what truly matters most in life." -- Pamela Yaye, Amazon reviewer

Winner of the Writer's Voice Award.

Single mom, MAGGIE HOLMES, is a by-the-book Calgary cop, until her seven-year-old asthmatic son, Davie, is kidnapped. Frantically grasping at any hope, she turns to STAFFORD WEBB, an FBI psychic who retrieves information through his sense of touch.

Stafford is reluctant. Unbeknownst to Maggie, he helped with the Tommy Hutchinson kidnapping case six months earlier, but didn’t get to the child in time. Haunted by images of the boy, Stafford retreats inward and focuses on his other private obsession: finding the killer, James Ryan Morley—the man who also murdered Stafford’s older sister when she was sixteen.

But the desperation in Maggie’s eyes is too great for Stafford to ignore. Following his visions, they set off on a journey through the rugged terrain of the Northwest Territories—and along the jagged line between faith and reason.

61,000-word Romantic Suspense. Adult language, some violence, sexual situations.

“A gripping story from a fresh voice in romantic suspense.” Nora Wilson - Best-selling Amazon Author.

PRAISE FOR "A STRANGER'S TOUCH"

"In A Stranger's Touch, Roxy Boroughs takes the reader on a desperate hunt from Calgary, Alberta to the northern fringes of civilization—so far north that wild bison are a commonplace hazard on the highway. Maggie Holmes is searingly believable as a police officer forced into the position of victim when her seven-year-old son is abducted from his schoolyard. Stafford Webb is intriguing and sympathetic as a former FBI agent willing to use his secret talents to help Maggie locate her son—even if it means great pain and sacrifice to himself. Boroughs' plot seamlessly weaves basic police work and paranormal input into a fast-paced story of suspense and redemption."

Rua, by Miranda Kavi. (Still free?)

This fantasy novel is free today!

"I enjoyed that Ms. Kavi brought me a paranormal read with a unique flavor. I won't go into details, but the supernatural touch here is unexpected and different from anything I have encountered. I liked that she brought me something original. This book features a character that absolutely wriggled right in and stole my heart. Tink jumps right in during the first chapters and easily wins over not only Celeste but the reader. He is fun, charming, an awesome best friend and there isn't anything about him not to like. I thoroughly enjoyed his character. He manages to always steal the scene. Not to mention he has a few tricks up his sleeve!" -- Heidi, Amazon reviewer
